Winning bidders must make contact within 24 hours of completion of auction to verify form of payment. A 5% Buyers Convenience Fee will be added to the Hammer Price on each item. *Payment must be made in full by 5:00 PM the Wednesday following sale day. Forms of payment accepted are WIRE TRANSFER, CERTIFIED/CASHIER'S CHECK, CASH, OR CREDIT CARD with a 4% processing fee. All items are subject to Kentucky state sales tax, unless a Kentucky Farm Exemption is proved or a Resale Number provided. We will assist in loading all items; however, disassembly of equipment for shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. TAC is not responsible for any damages while loading or unloading equipment. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP IN A TIMELY FASHION. STORAGE CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED AFTER 14 DAYS UNLESS PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.
