If TAC possesses the title it will be announced, otherwise the buyer and seller shall make arrangements to transfer the title. NO VEHICLE WILL BE RELEASED UNLESS THOSE ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Winning bidders must make contact within 24 hours of completion of auction to verify form of payment. A 5% Buyers Convenience Fee will be added to the Hammer Price on each item. *Payment must be made in full by 5:00 PM the Wednesday following sale day. Forms of payment accepted are WIRE TRANSFER, CERTIFIED/CASHIER'S CHECK, CASH, OR CREDIT CARD with a 4% processing fee. All items are subject to Kentucky state sales tax, unless a Kentucky Farm Exemption is proved or a Resale Number provided. We will assist in loading all items; however, disassembly of equipment for shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. TAC is not responsible for any damages while loading or unloading equipment. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP IN A TIMELY FASHION. STORAGE CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED AFTER 14 DAYS UNLESS PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. OWNERSHIP OF ANY EQUIPMENT NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 90 DAYS REVERTS BACK TO AUCTION COMPANY UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Trucking is the responsibility of the buyer.
