Payment for vehicles purchased through auction ring may be made in cash, cashier's check, wire transfer or money order. PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE WITHIN TWO WORKING DAYS OF THE AUCTION. No Exceptions. Payment for bank repossessions confirmed on Monday or Tuesday following the auction, must be paid for within 48 hours of purchase confirmation. Bidders refer to light system guidelines on website.
If the Green light vehicle is not inspected prior to Tuesday at 4PM, they waive all rights that are granted under the light system. All sales are subject to the following buyer's premium.

Failure of a Buyer to be fully informed on the condition of a property will not constitute grounds for any claim adjustment or right to cancel sale.
