All invoices will be sent at conclusion of auction and payments will be processed using card placed on file at registration with Proxibid. Proxibd has implemented a new payment system atgPAY for online payments. An addition 4% fee will be added to all online credit card payments. Webster's Auction accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or ACH Payments through atgPay. Sales Tax will be charged, based on the state in which the buyer reside. If the buyer is tax exempt, the tax information must be entered into your Proxibid account BEFORE the auction ends. We are not able to manually change the sales tax on the invoice, please call Proxibid 877-505-7770 directly with any sales-tax related issues. Due to new Proxibid rules, ALL NON-LOCAL buyers need to pay via the atgPay system at the conclusion of the auction.
If a buyer would like to pay via Wire Transfer there will NOT be a 4% fee assessed. Please contact our office for instructions to pay by Wire Transfer.

Local Gun Buyers must complete NICS forms at Webster’s location. Dealers must have signed copy of their Federal Firearms License (FFL) upon arrival. Buyers who act as agents for FFL dealers must have a letter of agency from the FFL holder as well as a signed copy of that dealer's FFL. Buyer must be at least eighteen (18) to buy any firearm(s) and at least twenty-one (21) to purchase a handgun. Webster’s makes no warranties or representations whatsoever concerning condition, the operation of firing, safety to use, safety to store, reliability or working order of any firearm. Use of any firearm or ammunition purchased through Webster’s is entirely at the buyer/user’s risk. Webster’s advises every buyer of a firearm, any ammunition or accessory to have it inspected by a gunsmith prior to any use of any kind.
