(referred to herein as “Auctioneer”) assumes no liability for owner's guarantee. Some lots are subject to rights of redemption up to one hour prior to auction start time. Auction Company will work diligently to keep the site current, however, are not responsible for any items that are removed. Announcements day of auction take precedence over any written material. A 15% buyers premium will be charged to all purchases. Your internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. Removal of purchases: All items must be removed within 72 hours of the close of the auction. After 72 hours there will be a charge of $10 a day storage fee per invoice. Any item not removed within 30 days will be resold to cover storage and removal fees with no credit given to the buyer. No removal of merchandise will be allowed with out the paid receipt issued by the Auction Company, no exceptions will be made. Upon payment the auction company will issue a receipt to be presented at the load out location. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On lots upon which there is a reserve, the auctioneer shall have the right to bid on behalf of the seller. Purchaser assumes complete responsibility for items at time the Auctioneer says "Sold". Buyer must acknowledge all terms of the auction and agree not to retract the purchase offer. If you cannot satisfy the terms of the auction please do not bid. Title passes when purchaser's funds clear thru banks. No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from premises. The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer and Clerk will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Neither the auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable by reason of a defect in, or condition of, the premises on which the sale is held. Bidders should rely solely on personal inspection and not on information listed on the site or otherwise provided by auctioneer or seller. Bidder's failure to inspect or otherwise be fully informed as to the nature, quality, condition, quantity and size of any item will not constitute grounds for claim, adjustment, termination, refund or refusal to close sale. The Auctioneer is acting as agent only, and is not responsible for acts of its principals. By using a bidder number you accept, understand and agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
