Cash, approved check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover. 15% buyers fee for online purchases. There will be no sales tax charged for online sales unless you live within the state of Wisconsin. Normal 5.5% sales tax will apply unless you have a WI resale # on file with Massart Auctioneers Inc. Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer. Payment will be collected immediately following the auction. You will receive an invoice via e-mail for the amount of purchase.

Bidder and Auctioneers agree that the terms listed below shall govern this auction.
1.FULL PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE ON THE DATE OF THE AUCTION BEFORE BUYER LEAVES THE PREMISES. Items may be sold out of catalog order to accomodate onsite buyers. Terms on Firearms: A signed FFL form must be faxed to 920-468-7137. Please include the name or names of individuals for whom you will be accepting firearms, also include the FFL holders phone # & address.
2.TERMS OF AUCTION: Unless auction is announced as absolute, the auctioneer/auction firm has the right to reject any and all bids. The auctioneer/auction firm further has the right to bid on behalf of the buyer or the seller or for their own account. Auctioneer/auction firm reserves the right to divide any lot, to combine any two or more lots, or withdraw any lot or lots from the auction. Payment for purchases must be made by cash, cashier's check, credit card or personal check. On larger purchases accompanied by Letter of Credit from buyer's bank for this particular auction and proof of identity. No Letters of Credit for other auctions will be honored. All checks will be made payable to Massart Auctioneers.
Buyers Fee - when announced a Buyers Fee will be added to bid price to arrive at the sale price. Any sales tax would be figured on this final sale price. All sales are subject to State Sales Tax laws. Bidder agrees not to stop payment on checks or disallow a sight draft and is responsible for any expenses due to the collection of bad checks.
3.NO WARRANTY: The descriptions of items appearing in advertising prior to this auction are believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by Owner, its Officers, Agents and Employees of Auctioneers concerning any item shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied. ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS - WHERE IS. I, the buyer, have examined this merchandise and accept it the way it is.
4.SETTLEMENT. Must be made at conclusion of the auction. Nothing is to be removed until settled for. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of Buyer at the time of purchase, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. Owner and Auctioneers agree that merchandise may remain on the auction premises for a period of time following the auction. The date by which all the merchandise must be removed from the premises will be announced by Auctioneers at the auction.
5.RESALE: Auctioneers reserve the right to resell any property not paid for in full on auction day. The Buyer shall be responsible to Auctioneers for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale.
6.DISPUTES BETWEEN BIDDERS: The Auctioneer shall designate the Purchaser after each item of merchandise is auctioned. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer reserves the right to re-open bidding. The Auctioneers designation of a Buyer shall be final.
7.INJURY AND DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his Agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
