TERMS: On-Site Buyer's Premium: 10% buyer's premium applies for on-site buyers; premium is capped at $1500 per item. (For example: If you purchase a piece at $50,000, your buyer's premium on that lot would be $1,500) Online Buyer's Premium: 10% buyer's premium plus 2.5% online fee for a total premium of 12.5% capped at $2,250. (For example: If you purchase a piece at $50,000, your buyer's premium on that lot would be $2,250) All announcements made on the day of the auction from the auction block take precedent over printed or electronically produced media. Payment, Pickup & Shipping Terms: Payment Info: Winning bidders must contact Butler Auctioneers LLC within 24 of the close of the auction to arrange payment and pickup. Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, credit card (4% processing fee added to the total invoice price) or personal/business check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee addressed to Butler Auctioneers LLC for checks over $5,000 if the buyer is not known by the auction company. All fees incurred by wired transfers will be paid by the purchaser. All payments must be paid in full within 3 business days of the end of the auction. Shipping assistance is available. Quotes for shipping can be provided. Pickup: All Items must be removed no later than March 31st at unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company. Items cannot be removed until full purchase price has been paid. All items left over night will be full responsibility of the buyers. TITLE TRANSFERS: All titles must be transferred before taking possession of items unless out of state or a dealer. Contact Butler Auctioneers LLC within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time to transfer titled vehicles. Vehicles must have insurance before being driven from the location. SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the sale price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to the Auctioneer. Credit Card Terms: We accept Visa, Master Card & Discover. An additional 4% charge for credit card payment will be added to the invoice. All credit card sales are final, no refunds on credit card payments. A maximum amount of $2,500 will be accepted as payment on a credit card. All items not removed by March 31st, 2025, will be charged a $20 per item, per day fee without prior arrangements being made with the auction company. All property is sold in "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! The bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc., will be allowed. Property is available for inspection at specified times, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition. Bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, chargeback, etc. All description information has been gathered from sources which we believe to be reliable but is not guaranteed. By agreeing to the terms and conditions the bidder is allowing Butler Auctioneers LLC to send them reminder emails and text with auction information. There is an opt out option in the emails and text if the bidder does not want to receive the reminders.
