Any person who participates by bidding in this auction, accepts a bidder number (each a “Bidder”) agrees and accepts these terms and conditions of sale and agrees to be bound by the same. Sales Tax: Sales tax will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on a variety of factors including: State, City & County jurisdiction requirements, shipping to address, shipping from address and category of item purchased. A 7% sales tax will be collected for all in-person pickups and shipping of items to a Florida address. Dealers purchasing must register their State of Florida tax exemption form along with FFL prior to the sale. If you provide a valid copy of your State of Florida tax exemption certificate within 5 business days after the auction, the sales tax will be refunded to you.

Shipping Instructions: All winning bidders requiring shipping are responsible for the cost of shipping and a $10 handling fee. Following the auction, you must email info@goldeneagleauctions.com to provide a copy of the FFL items to be shipped to. Shipping is calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination. Once your items are packed and ready to ship, you will be contacted with a shipping and handling invoice. Shipping invoice must be paid in full before item will be shipped.

Checkout Instructions: Winning bidders must pay for the purchase of all lots immediately following the conclusion of the auction. Items purchased will not be released until full payment is received, verified and approved. All federal, state and local regulations apply to firearms sales and transfers.
In person firearm transfers will take place at Golden Eagle Auctions in Sanford, FL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All firearms are subject to a $5.00 Background Check, excluding black powder firearms and pre-1898. A 3-Day waiting period applies to all handguns and long guns unless you provide a valid FL concealed carry permit.
Special Terms:
Auctioneer can, at his or her sole option, refuse any bid. The highest qualified Bidder recognized by the auctioneer shall be the Purchaser. In the event of any dispute between Bidders at auction, the auctioneer may, at its sole discretion, reopen the lot. The auctioneer’s decision and declaration of the winning Bidder shall be final and binding upon all Bidders. GEA’s records will be deemed conclusive in all respects in the event there is any dispute after the sale.
Unless otherwise indicated, all lots are subject to a reserve (the confidential minimum price below which the lot will not be sold). If a lot is offered with a reserve, the auctioneer may implement that reserve by bidding on behalf of the consignor. Once bidding is opened the Auctioneer may bid on behalf of the consignor to reach the reserve price. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own lots.
Removal: All personal property/merchandise must be paid for in full before removal. ALL PROPERTY must be removed within 7 days. If merchandise cannot be removed, arrangements with auction staff must be made for storage or shipping. The buyer is responsible for all storage and shipping costs.
Abandoned Items: Any items purchased and not removed within 60 days are considered abandoned by the current owner. All abandoned items will be sold at fair market value during a subsequent auction.
Default: Failure to make required payments or effect removal of property/merchandise within the time and manner specified shall be deemed forfeiture of any right, title, and interest bidder may have acquired, and the property/merchandise shall revert and repossess to Golden Eagle Auctions.
