We Will Transfer To Any Licensed FFL

THERE WILL BE A TAX RATE OF 9.75% on New Firearms and Knives. (Lots that will have tax applied are noted as so.) If you are Tax exempt we will need a copy of that prior to Auction Closing. No Returns: All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments. Firearm Transfers: American Realty and Auction LLC will handle all paperwork, and gun transfers as well as packaging for shipping. A $30 transfer fee for 1st gun and $15 for each additional gun. Out of state buyers, please note all guns and firearms must be transferred to an authorized Federal Firearms Licensed gun dealer in your area, all handling, packaging & shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. Handling and packaging will be a minimum of $25 per gun plus shipping fees. Out of state buyers will need to supply FFL information for transfer. All FFL transfers information needs to be received within 7 days of purchase. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of 10% bid will be added to the final bid to determine the final sales price for the auction lot. Payment: Payment in full is due at the conclusion of the auction.
