Auction Terms & Conditions: This is a NO-RESERVE AUCTION - Highest Bidder Owns the Item. -- All items sold as-is where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. -- When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agreeing that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancellations will not be accepted. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights. -- Since all items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding. Geyer Auction Companies / Fleet Vehicle Disposal & Commercial Liquidations expressly disclaims the accuracy of information such as make, age, condition, model numbers, quantities, capacities. -- Place your MAXIMUM bids ahead of time to avoid getting outbid in the final minutes of the auction. We are not responsible for network issues, internet lag or refresh issues on your phone or computer. We utilize extended bidding - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes. -- NOTE: IF LIVE PREVIEW INSPECTIONS ARE POSSIBLE, THE TIMES AND DATES WILL BE ADDED TO EACH TRUCK DESCRIPTION IN THE AUCTION CATALOG. Payment formats accepted for this auction are Wire Transfers or Certified Bank Checks (Overnighted to our corporate headquarters - please inquire). Please Note that: NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS AUCTION EVENT. Pick up is by appointment - no shipping or shipping assistance is offered, that is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder/buyer. Please consider pick-up logistics before placing your bids. BIDS BEGIN TO CLOSE ON MONDAY, MARCH 31st AT 7PM EST / 6PM CST / 5PM MST. PICK-UP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY from WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2nd until FRIDAY, APRIL 11th, WEEK DAYS ONLY from 8AM TO 2PM. PAYMENT DUE IN FULL BY 4PM FRIDAY the 4th OF APRIL. The location of each truck is listed in the Lot Description.
