An 18% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids. There is one day for Auction Pick Up, Saturday April 5th: 9am to 5pm and you will need to make an appointment to pick up. We will send an email to book an appointment to streamline the pick up process. The seller has forklifts and drivers that are available at their convenience. If the gate is not open, please call when you arrive: 469-853-0674. This is not our facility. If you cannot pick up on Saturday, please make arrangements prior to bidding. If we have to meet you at the auction site on other days without prior arrangements a $25 fee will be charged to cover labor & transportation costs. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults and no warranty or guarantee of any kind expressed or implied. Some of these lots are very dense and are described on a "best efforts" basis. For pallet quantities, we will check 1 or 2 boxes and list the items based on those. We try to include enough photos for you to be able to assess the quantity and condition of each lot, but BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INSPECTING ITEMS IN PERSON TO SATISFY THEMSELVES AS TO QUANTITY, AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION OF ALL LOTS.
