All invoicing will be done through Proxibid. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card for any invoice under $1000, money order or wire transfer. All invoices over $1000 will need to be paid by money order, certified check or wire transfer. Please make payments out to Joel Pulley. Nebraska residents will have to pay 7% sales tax on the total including buyer's premium and shipping charges unless you provide your tax exempt information. For invoices under $1000, we will be using ATG Pay. You will pay your invoice that you receive through Proxibid with your credit card if it is less than $1000. Buyer pays all fees associated with using your credit card through ATG Pay. ATG Pay will also charge you sales tax according to where the item will be delivered. The sales tax will also be the responsibility of the buyer. Please notify us as to how you will be paying your invoice if it is over $1000. We do ask that you pay your invoice immediately.

Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. It is up to the buyer of firearms to know and understand their federal, state and local laws governing firearms and ammunition. Firearms manufactured after 1898 must be shipped to an FFL in your area. It is up to the buyer to make sure Five Star Auctions is provided with a shipping address and copy of the FFL where the firearm is to be shipped. Buyer will pay for transfer fees for their FFL and for shipping and insurance. There will be no transfer fee from Five Star Auctions.
