(RUPP ARENA) Listed below are the terms and conditions which must be complied with in order to bid on the property. 1).The personal property (including VEHICLES, FURNITURE, PERSONAL PROPERTY, WATCHES, MEMORABILIA, ARTWORK & WEIGHT EQUIP.) is being sold in its “AS IS” condition. Any announcement made at the auction will supersede any information contained herein or in any advertisement. 2). All information in the brochure is strictly for sales purposes. The purchasers are encouraged to inspect the property to their satisfaction before bidding. 3). Bidding – Bidding will be done by number and all bidding is open to the public. Representatives of Ford Brothers, Inc. will be available to take your bids or you can bid directly to the Auctioneer. By receiving a number and bidding you are agreeing to abide by the terms set forth in this document or announced the day of the auction. Bidding will be available both live and online. Firearms will not be available for purchase online. 4). The Vehicles and Personal Property items must be paid for in full today. Accepted methods of payment are cash, money order, personal / business check, Master Card or Visa. NO DEBIT CARDS. INTERNET BIDDING: A 10% BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE ADDED TO EACH WINNING BID. Six Percent Sales tax will be collected on taxable items unless it is a vehicle or the purchaser is buying for resale and has a tax exempt certificate. ** The vehicles must be paid for in full today. The titles will not be left open. 5.) Pick up Nov. 15th; Items purchased may be picked up after the conclusion of the auction until 7pm. Late arrivals will not be permitted; doors will be locked promptly at 7pm. November 16 and 17; the home will be open to obtain your purchases from 9am-4pm. Please be sure to have enough help to move your purchases as removal is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Be sure you have your receipts with you, security will be checking to see if you get the correct items. In the event the purchaser wants an item shipped, shipping and shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping must be done through the UPS store. Furniture must be picked up on site, it will not be shipped. Any item purchased will be shipped by Friday, November 19th. POSSESSION: Possession of the property will be granted upon payment in full and pickup, with the exception of the vehicles. If a check is written, the check must clear before possession of the vehicle will be granted.
