Full payment will be due Tuesday evening at 5pm after the auction date and before the items leave the auction grounds. Payments of cash, check, or certified check are accepted with bank letter of credit. Also accepted are wire transfers ($18.00 charge) and credit/debit cards (3%) fee. (No card payments on vehicle purchases) WIRE TRANSFER (IMPORTANT: All winning bidders will receive an email after the sale with wire instructions within the email. You MUST include your Buyer Number and Sale Date as a reference in your wire transfer to ensure proper credit. 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final sales price on every invoice unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is completed. (For all vehicles the state of Kentucky determines the sales tax amount) Loader service will be available day of sale and on Mon and Tues following the sale from 8am to 5pm. All items must be removed from the premises by Tuesday evening following the sale unless other arrangements have been with the auction team. Abandoned merchandise becomes property of Pennyrile Auction Center LLC. Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality, and description of property before bidding. We are not liable for any items loaded or their securement. If you hire an outside transport company, ensure the driver can handle securing the load independently.
