All sales are final. Jagger Auctioneers has not tested any of these items unless stated as such in the description. Buyer is responsible for previewing items to make sure the condition is what they want prior to placing a bid. Titles will be mailed within 30 days of payment. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to building or grounds during removal. BUYER'S PREMIUM: 13% added to the winning bid. Internet Premium: 2% with no cap added to the winning bid. SALES TAX ON APPLICABLE ITEMS UNLESS EXEMPTION ON FILE. BUYER PAYMENT TERMS: GOOD LOCAL CHECK, CASH UP TO $10,000, CREDIT CARD UP TO $5,000 w/ 3% convenience fee, Invoices over $15k require wire transfer unless check approved ahead of time, PAYMENT CAN BE MADE ONLINE OR AT THE TIME OF PICKUP. OUT OF STATE BUYERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY BY WIRE TRANSFER.
