The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel the use of internet bidding at any time prior to the auction. Due to this auction being firearms, Proxibid will not allow us to charge your card on file for the purchase immediately after the auction. Therefore, we will not automatically charge your card after the auction. 4. The Auction Firm will contact each winning bidder and send a payment link. A 3% credit card fee will be added to each purchase. 5. Once the balance is paid, the winning bidder will be contacted regarding the item pickup location and terms of obtaining the purchase. FFL The FFL we will be using for this auction will be revealed to you when you become the winning bidder and have paid for your items in full. There will be two charges for local/pick-up buyers and three for out-of-state/shipping buyers: 1. The first charge will be for the auction purchase and fees as stated above. 2. The 2nd charge will be the FFL fees. The FFL dealer charges $30 transfer for the first firearm purchased and $10 for each additional firearm. This fee covers your background check for 1 run. If you require a 2nd background check, you will pay for the 2nd check. Out of State and Shipping buyers- 1. A $20.00 transfer fee plus $10 each additional, plus shipping. You will pay for your FFL to conduct a background check. Out-of-state and Shipping buyers- Our FFL operates a small business with a lot of walk-in traffic. Shipping and packaging take time. Local pickup gets priority, so your items will ship as soon as he can ship it. Do not be in a rush. There is no markup for shipping, but know ahead of time that shipping firearms with insurance is not cheap. Buyers must be 21 to purchase a handgun and 18 to purchase a long rifle. Winning bidders must not be a felons!
