Terms and conditions of the sale: Items sold As Is, Where Is, without any warranties. Items are available for inspection, and any bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere. Storage, insurance, tear-down, and removal of item is at the sole risk, expense and liability of the buyer.  NO load fees. Wire payments or cash payments and preapproved check is accepted. A $20 wire transfer fee will be applied and needs to be included in the wired amount. We DO NOT accept credit card payments. LOCAL AND STATE SALES TAX APPLY UNLESS OTHERWISE EXEMPT. Loading/ Breakdown Services Available: Units that need to be put on a pallet for shipment or knocked down for shipment will be charged for that service. Pallet and materials $10.00 per pallet, as PALLETS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SALE price. Items must be picked up within 15 Days unless other arrangements have been made with the office otherwise the item will be sold at our next auction and proceeds mailed to you less our fees.
