Terms Of Sale
1. As a registered bidder, you are responsible for understanding the selected pick-up days/procedures outlined below. The terms below are clearly listed below. Please take the time to read them in its entirety.
2. All online transactions will be processed through Proxibid, and a valid credit card must be on file to register in person/online. When applicable, Cash and credit card transactions will be accepted at the live sale. Applicable buyer's premiums and taxes will apply.
3. If you have a Tax Exemption, please contact Proxibid and ensure your profile is vetted and set up correctly. We cannot do this for you.
4. All Invoices must be paid on the day of the auction and before any items are removed from the premises.
5. Any items paid for but not picked up or shipping arrangements made will be considered abandoned. There are no refunds!
6. All sales are as is, where is without guarantee or warranty. There are no REFUNDS!
7. Auction personnel can participate in the auction with a valid bidder registration.
8. When applicable, all Fire-Arms transactions must be processed through and picked up at our announced FFL for proper ownership transfer. Additional transfer fees of $25 apply.
9. Our buyer's premium is 18% of this final bid price, plus 7% NC Sales Tax. 12% for local buyers paying cash. Please email info@jpacmg.com advising you are paying cash.
10. Theft/Injury. J-PAC Auction Co. and the estate are not liable for theft or bodily injury while on premises.
11. We try to describe the items in the catalog available for auction to the best of our abilities. Any errors during picturing or in the description does not negate the buyer from their purchase. Please do your research as a buyer before bidding on items. Again, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
12. Condition Statement. This is provided as a courtesy, is only an opinion, and is not treated as a statement or guarantee of fact. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the item/lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. J-PAC Auction Co., shall have no responsibility for any error or omission.
13. Live internet bidding is available during the auction. However, J-PAC Auction Co., cannot be held responsible for live internet bids that are not sent, received or executed by the administrator/online platform. Your bid is a binding contract/agreement to purchase.
14. Place a bid only if you’re serious about purchasing from our auction. All successful winning bidders have entered a legally binding agreement to purchase from the seller. You should contact the seller prior to bidding to resolve any questions.
15. J-PAC Auction Co. is not responsible for any bids that were placed in error. In most cases, these errors are preventable and at the responsibility of the buyer before submitting your bid.
15. Payments must be made/paid in full within 24 hours of the auction for online, absentee, phone or internet bidding. In person items, must be paid in full the day of sale.
16. ALL Auction DAY Announcements supersede any previously posted
