1. As a registered bidder, you are responsible for understanding the selected pick-up days/procedures outlined below. The terms below are clearly listed below. Please take the time to read them in its entirety. 2. All online transactions will be processed through Proxibid, and a valid credit card must be on file to register in person/online. When applicable, Cash and credit card transactions will be accepted at the live sale. Applicable buyer's premiums and taxes will apply. 3. If you have a Tax Exemption, please contact Proxibid and ensure your profile is vetted and set up correctly. We cannot do this for you. 4. All Invoices must be paid on the day of the auction and before any items are removed from the premises. 5. Any items paid for but not picked up or shipping arrangements made will be considered abandoned. There are no refunds! 6. All sales are as is, where is without guarantee or warranty. There are no REFUNDS! 7. Auction personnel can participate in the auction with a valid bidder registration. 8. When applicable, all Fire-Arms transactions must be processed through and picked up at our announced FFL for proper ownership transfer. Additional transfer fees of $25 apply. 9. J-PAC Auction Co. and the estate are not liable for theft or bodily injury while on premises. 11. We try to describe the items in the catalog available for auction to the best of our abilities.
