All items are sold as is where is. No warranties expressed or implied. All sales are final. Auctioneer is not responsible for condition of any item. Buyers are completely responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase and know the condition of item. Online inventory and auction day catalogs are guides only. Auction company is not responsible for incorrect information online or in catalogs. All motor vehicles must be transferred before they leave the premises and are subject to a $50 title fee. PICKUP DEADLINE: All items are to be removed from the lot within 12 days of auction or Thursday, May 1, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS. After this date gates will be closed. Items not picked up by Thursday, May 1, 2025 will be considered late and subject to storage fees unless you have made prior arrangements. PICKUP AND STORAGE: All items must be removed by date announced at the beginning of the auction and/or date stated in event details. Items not removed by storage date are subject to a $25 per day/per item fee.
