BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 19% Buyers Premium charged on all items in this auction (Auction hall receives 17% and Proxibid receives 2% of this premium). If you pick your items up at our facility, and pay Cash or Check, there is a 4% discount. CONDITION INFORMATION: Bidders are strongly encouraged to personally inspect any items they wish to bid on. We also accept absentee and phone bids and are running on at least one other online bidding platform. SMALL ITEM PICK UP: We are available for pick up of smaller items Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm the week after the auction only. Please go to the field for pick up, not the building. LARGE ITEMS PICK UP: As a courtesy, we will have a forklift and operator available Sunday morning and by appointment Monday to Friday the week following the auction. Please contact us at least 24 hours before you plan to be here so we can ensure an operator is available to assist you).
