Pickup and Storage: Locals, Items must be paid for and picked up within one week of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made. A late charge and storage fee of $5.00 per day will apply after 14 days. After 60 days, items will be considered abandoned. 11. Shipping: We use FedEx and U.S.P.S. for shipping. Shipping charges include a box fee and required insurance. Small, crated items will be quoted before shipping. We provide in-house shipping and work diligently to keep costs to a minimum. 12. Firearms and Legal Requirements: All firearms must comply with local, federal, and state laws. Out-of-state buyers must have their dealer supply their Federal Firearms License (FFL) before shipping. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your state and local firearm requirements. Liability and Safety: By participating in this auction, you release the seller and Brand Used Works Auction House LLC. and its affiliates from any liability related to the purchase, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of items. It is recommended all firearms and ammunition should be inspected by a certified gunsmith before use. 14. Yes we accept C&R Licenses for Applicable Firearms. C&R Holders are REQUIRED to also send a copy of your Drivers License. 15. Finality: All sales are final, and there are no refunds or exceptions.
