If you have a sales tax ID and wish to use it for this auction please bring a copy of your certificate to the auction - Purchaser may also complete Iowa Sales Tax Exemption Form for farm usage status. Otherwise, seven percent (7.0%) Iowa State Sales Tax will be added to your invoice. If you purchase a titled item we will mail the title within 7 to 10 days after receiving payment. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, Transporting Equipment is the Sole Responsibility of the BUYER. Once the Auctioneer says “SOLD”, the equipment becomes the Sole Responsibility of the BUYER. LOADOUT: Loading assistance will be available until 5:00 PM on Auction Day and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Mon-Sat, November 30, through Wednesday, December 15, 2010 - No Loading on Sunday. The loading assistance provided is only what the loader can safely lift. All items must be removed from the premises by 5:00 PM Wednesday, December 15, 2010. Storage charges will apply after that date. Ted Everett Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Ted Everett Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
