If Granville Auction Company states that an item runs and it does not run when you come to pick it up, you must still pay for that item. Our job is to be as honest as possible with you because we would want the same treatment. Large purchases may require a banknote or may be held until monies are verified before removal of property. If you bid on an item, you must pay for that item. NC Sales Tax does apply to all purchases and a 10% Buyer’s premium applies to all online bidders. Please note that if you buy a vehicle, the title will be mailed to you within 20 days following the auction. Please do not perform any work on any vehicle before receiving a title for that item. Granville Auction Company reserves the right to hold titles for 28 days, however, it is our goal to mail them to you before then. If there is a problem obtaining a title, Granville Auction Company reserves the right to be granted an additional, reasonable amount of time to obtain that title.
