Burr Engineering handy electric 45" wheelchair & scooter RV / Camper lift, part # 33171. It has 2) remote control fobs, and 1) 12 volt heavy duty motor. It has a 300 lb capacity and the platform is 25" X 26". It lifts from the ground to the enterence of RV and then folds and locks in place for traveling. It is new and does come as shown with the parts shown.
