City vehicles/lots with titles will be made out to the registered bidder or company as you register with Proxibid. This is a timed auction with 1 minute closing increments. If any lot is bid on within the last minute of that item closing that lot will automatically be extended an additional minute as well with subsequent bids to give other bidders a chance to bid. Payments for purchases can only be made via Cash, CASHIER'S CHECK, MONEY ORDER, or WIRE TRANSFER, and must be made within 2 (two) business days of auction closing. All payments must be drawn on a U.S. bank and in U.S. currency only! Taxes will be applied according to Texas state law. Failure to receive an invoice does not relieve bidder of their responsibility to pay for the merchandise set forth herein.
