All sales are subject to the WI State Sales Tax law. CONDITIONS Bidders are encouraged to fully examine all items before bidding. Each item is the sole responsibility of purchaser from the moment the item is sold. Announcements made on auction day take precedence over any printed material. The auctioneer reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to add to or delete from advertised lots. PAYMENT INFORMATION No items may be removed before making settlement. There will be a sale representative at the sale site at N6212 US Highway 141 Crivitz, WI on the dates listed below to collect payments. All other payments must be made by wire transfer. Full payment must be received no later than Monday, June 2, 2025 at 4:00 PM CST. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS! Any other arrangements must be made with Wausau Auctioneers prior to auction date. NSF checks will be charged a $45.00 fee. PICKUP AND PAYMENT DATES Thursday May 29, 2025 – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Friday May 30, 2025 – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Additional pickup dates, no payments accepted: Saturday May 31, 2025 – 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, by appointment only. Monday June 2, 2025 through Thursday June 5, 2025 – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, by appointment only. ONLINE BIDDING Internet bidding is available thru www.WausauAuctioneers.com. An ?18% buyer's premium plus sales tax (exempt if applicable per WI Tax Exemption Form S-211) per lot will be added to internet purchases. All fees are taxable if the item is taxable. Sales tax will only be removed from the invoice if the WI Sales Tax Exemption Form S-211 is completed in its entirety. Please email the completed form to info@wausauauctioneers.com. If you are the successful bidder, an invoice will be emailed to you once the auction is completed & reconciled on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Included in the email will be wiring instructions and a WI Sales Tax Exemption Form S-211. If you are tax exempt, taxes will be removed once we receive the completed form. Payment must be made in full no later than Monday, June 2, 2025 at 4:00 pm CDT. Any other arrangements must be made with Wausau Auctioneers prior to the auction date. LOADING/REMOVAL INFORMATION Forklift assistance from ground level is available for items up to 4,000 pounds on Thursday May 29, 2025 and Friday May 30, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
