Full payment is due for online bidders by the Tuesday following the auction. Full payment is due for onsite bidders the day of the auction. Everything is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE WHATSOEVER. Please inspect the equipment. No warranty or guarantees are expressed or implied. All announcements made on the day of the auction take precedence over printed or online material. All descriptions of equipment are believed to be correct. However, neither the owner nor the Auctioneers are responsible for any errors in description or condition. All items sell with all faults. Everything sells as seen. Nothing may be removed until payment is settled in full. Buyer's premium of 5% for all sales. Online bidders pay an additional 2% buyer's premium.
The State of Michigan requires that we broker all titled items sold. For online bidders, contact with the Auction Company must be made within 72 hours to arrange for all appropriate paperwork to be signed or titles will be delayed. There will be a $15.00 title transfer fee for Michigan residents and a $50.00 broker fee charged to the buyer for each titled item purchased. Plates are available with proof of insurance. Title passes when purchaser’s funds have cleared GREAT LAKES AUCTIONS, LLC bank account.
All items must be removed before 4PM on the Friday following the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made. Removal times will be from 9AM-4PM (except Sundays). Items that are not removed within a week will be by appointment only and may incur fees.
