Buyer is responsible to make payment no later than 3 business days after the auction. Payment must be received within 3 business days after the auction. Cash, wire transfers, certified funds, good check, or credit cards, and must be in U.S. Funds. Items not paid for within the required time will be charged to your credit card on file with proxibid along with a 5% convenience fee. Title and wire transfer fees & Sales Tax may apply. A $35 document fee on all titled items will apply and a $15 registration fee for all items with registration and lifetime license. All credit card transactions subject to a 5% convenience fee. No credit card charges over $2500 are allowed.

If you have questions on this auction, contact the auction company prior to the day of the auction closing. Buyer's premium is 5% capped at $1,000 per item.
No pickup or checkout on the auction close day. Pallets do not go with items.

All bidders must log in prior to the auction closing time to inspect any changes, corrections, or additions to the item or auction information.
All property is sold "AS IS", and all sales are final. Property is open to thorough public inspection. Bachmann Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in no representations. In no event shall Bachmann Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. No property is to be removed from premises until paid for. All guarantees are between buyer and seller. All statements made by the auctioneer the day of sale shall take precedence over any printed or oral statements.
Online only auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at a specified time. There also can be auto extend features meaning any bids placed in the final minutes of an auction can cause the auction ending to be automatically extended from the time the bid was placed, and not ending until all bidding has stopped. It is always best to place your max bids prior to the day of closing to avoid technical issues. Auction Company is not responsible for any technical issues. 1 Minute extended bidding will be in effect. This means if someone bids in the last minute of an item closing, the bidding will extend for 1 more minute and continue until no more bids are placed.

SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS: Buyers with a VALID exemption certificate are not required to pay sales tax for equipment and miscellaneous but MUST present a copy of their certificate at time of registration at EACH AUCTION and must sign off on the Minnesota sales tax exemption form.

All items must be removed by Wed. June 18th. Loading assistance will be available: During Pickup/Checkout: Thursday, June 5th 9-4, Friday, June 6th 9-4, and Saturday, June 7th 9-3. No pickup or checkout on Sunday. After Sat. June 7th all loading assistance will need to be scheduled in advance, and buyer is responsible for all loading fees and assistance. No loading available after June 7th without expense to the buyer.
If there is a malfunction, shutdown, or loss of service during the auction, the auction company reserves the right to remedy the situation in whichever way best represents the seller, including cancelling existing bids. Auction Company is not responsible for any type of malfunction. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the maximum bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the close of the auction.
Once the auction is over the auction company will add any appropriate fees to buyer's invoices and send a new invoice with actual totals.
Titled items:
All items with titles will be charged a $35 document fee and all items with lifetime license or registration will be charged $15. This is per item and no exceptions. If you purchase an item with a title and pay with check, the title will be transferred 10 days after the auction or placed in the mail on the 10th business day after the auction to out of state buyers. Transfers can take place quicker if buyer pays with cash. If you purchase an item with a title delay make sure to check on the delay time prior to bidding.
