There also can be auto extend features meaning any bids placed in the final minutes of an auction can cause the auction ending to be automatically extended from the time the bid was placed, and not ending until all bidding has stopped. It is always best to place your max bids prior to the day of closing to avoid technical issues. This means if someone bids in the last minute of an item closing, the bidding will extend for 1 more minute and continue until no more bids are placed. Loading assistance will be available: During Pickup/Checkout: Thursday, June 5th 9-4, Friday, June 6th 9-4, and Saturday, June 7th 9-3. No pickup or checkout on Sunday. After Sat. June 7th all loading assistance will need to be scheduled in advance, and buyer is responsible for all loading fees and assistance. No loading available after June 7th without expense to the buyer. If there is a malfunction, shutdown, or loss of service during the auction, the auction company reserves the right to remedy the situation in whichever way best represents the seller, including cancelling existing bids. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the maximum bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the close of the auction. Once the auction is over the auction company will add any appropriate fees to buyer's invoices and send a new invoice with actual totals. Titled items: All items with titles will be charged a $35 document fee and all items with lifetime license or registration will be charged $15. This is per item and no exceptions. If you purchase an item with a title and pay with check, the title will be transferred 10 days after the auction or placed in the mail on the 10th business day after the auction to out of state buyers. Transfers can take place quicker if buyer pays with cash. If you purchase an item with a title delay make sure to check on the delay time prior to bidding.
