This is part of the Sagaser "Field of Dreams" Collection auction on June 7th, 2025. The auction is live onsite with online bidding June 7th, 2025 in Epping, North Dakota. All vehicles are sold AS IS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exceptions. You bid, you win. you pay. We are settling an estate, serious bidders. Bidders should review all pictures and make determinations as to year, make, model and condition. Bid accordingly. Online Bidders may come and pay and pick up in person day of sale June 7th, 2025, Sunday June 8th from 9:30-6pm and also on Monday June 9th till Noon ONLY! AFTER those dates, bidders must pay prior to pickup and make apt for removal. Removal within 7-10 days. Buyers to make all trucking arrangements. Loading is available sale day and Sunday. Please make arrangements to load yourself or bring a friend. Come equipped. Payment is CC $3500 and under for online and money wire. If you pay in person on days noted can be cash or check and CC. 1. Bidder Registration will require Credit Card verification and Valid Credit Card on File for and prior to bidding. IF there would be a Deposit for Special Auctions, This fee will be non-refundable unless noted in terms. Letter of Credit MAY be required and Bidder/Buyer should fax or email to yvette@vanderbrinkauctions.com to: 507-673-0024.
2. PLEASE READ THE SDESRIPTIONS FOR EVENT PAYMENT TERMS. Cash, Good Check, with valid proof of funds mailed in 2 day or overnight by USPS, UPS, Fed Ex or other Valid Courier after invoice, or Cashier's Check. Credit Card-Fee of 4% will apply to purchases. Credit Card can be used for purchases $3000 and under. Purchases over this, must be approved by auction company prior to payment/bidding. Buyer's Premiums are noted in each auction and vary from 8-15%- See each auctions description in each auction. Payment is required within 72 hours notify auctioneers if you need more assistance with this and time-frame. In the event of a winning bidder or registered bidder that in anyway argues terms or threatens chargeback or argues ANY of the terms and conditions, it is up to the seller and or auctioneer to report harassment and may cancel the transaction, cancel the bidder registration, and or return possibly items to the seller. Bidders may and can lose bidding privileges with VanDerBrink Auctions and reported to online bidding platform and may lose more bidding privileges.
3. Buyer's Premiums apply to all auctions and are included in final invoice. Settlement Day of Sale-or within 72 hours. No exceptions. Payment not received within that time frame or within 5 days, items may be resold or returned to consignor at the determination of the auctioneer. MONEY WIRE OR VERIFIED CHECKS-FUNDS IS PREFERRED METHOD FOR VEHICLES AND OR PURCHASES $3,000 AND OVER and will be stated as such in the item descriptions. Money Wire at earliest Bank Day. We will contact you with Wire info and or other auction info. If any payment is dishonored for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient funds, stop payment, CHARGE BACKS, whether signed for or not, if the payment is reversed will be placed in the hands of an attorney for collection. The buyer will pay all reasonable attorney’s fees incurred, together with all court costs and associated expenses in the event suit is instituted. Court cases or disputes arising from transactions will be held fin Rock County, Minnesota. The Seller authorizes all rights to pursuit lost fees, failed transactions, and re-coupe any costs and revenues.
4. Winning bidder will pay for items and assume ownership responsibility after proper payment. By registering for this auction agrees to all payment terms and auction terms. Registration is complete when the bidder receives a bidder number. The winning bidder accepts all items with all faults seen or unseen, noted or not noted. It is up to the Buyer to do research for authenticity of items. Bidders are responsible to review all pictures, video, and call if need more info or possible inspection. Preview is available on most auctions. Buyers are encouraged to take advantage of previews and or inspections. If they choose not to do so, they waive the right of preview or inspections. All purchases are AS IS and where is. NO Exceptions. Buyer is responsible for all shipping unless noted.
5 . Buyer Contract or CC Form will be emailed and required with signature for CC purchases. This may also be done on Pickup or your driver or agent will sign for you at pick up. This is not required though and the payment provided and or emailed receipt from CC purchase is proof of purchase.
6. In the event of a Nonpaying Bidder, the auction company will and may file claims and loss of revenue for the Company and Seller. Breach of the contract/terms and conditions in each auction is not acceptable or tolerated. Bidders will be declined from further auctions. Auction may also choose to resell item. Defaults or non-received payments within set timeframe apply. Items not picked up within stated times without contacting seller or auction company may be forfeited and or storage fee of $15.00 per day apply plus any towing or other storage. Items may be forfeited or resold by owner or auctioneer after stated times. Paid items left after 30 days without contact may be resold and payment forfeited. Most important if you have an issue- call auction company or seller.
7. If a bidder has not paid properly or within time frame or a problematic bidder or threatens in email or in person seller or auction company, they may risk the option of the seller or auctioneer to refuse the transaction and return items to the seller. WE will not tolerate breach of auction terms, nonpayment, or harassment.

We Want to thank you for registering to bid for the Auction. Here are the auction terms and conditions. By Registering and appointment of bidding number, you agree to all auction terms and conditions. NO Exceptions. All Sales are final. The Buyer agrees by being allowed to bid, agrees to all terms of sale written or announced. The Buyer is responsible for payment of all winning bids. The buyer will be responsible for any default in payment. The buyer will not stop payment, chargebacks, or returned checks for purchases. Any default in payment is prosecutable. All purchases will be settled day of sale or within stated time frame. Titles and docs, if available, will be either given day of sale or mailed.
The buyer acknowledges that they are responsible for removal, shipping, and all costs related within stated timeline of auction. If arrangements have not been made with seller or auctioneer, lots not removed within 30 days from date of sale will be considered abandoned and money paid is forfeited. The lot will then revert back to the seller/owner and or sold.
The buyer understands that any loading that is available is at their own risk. VanDerBrink Auctions, LLC and or the seller or agent of the seller is not responsible for lots after sold and Not responsible for theft, vandalism, damage, weather damage, or other condition. Ownership transfers upon award of bid/SOLD.
The buyer acknowledges and accepts it is the expressed intention, of the seller to sell and the buyer to purchase the lot/vehicle without any representations, warranties, and accepts all purchases with faults seen or unseen. The Buyer acknowledges that they will be held liable for purchases made through the privilege of bidding. The buyer has made the determination and relies solely upon their own examination, inspection, and research of lot/s and assumes all risks and liabilities. The buyer accepts and is solely their own responsibility to inspect and request more Info to determine authenticity, make, model, engine size, mechanical condition, body conditions, rust, VIN, manufacturer tags, or any other information or condition seen or unseen. Preview days are provided or the buyer may have an inspection done at their own expense prior to the auction, if available.
The buyer is solely responsible for decoding and VIN verifications and tag conditions. The Buyer is responsible for determining if lot is authentic, condition, and any other aspects of the lot. Please review pics or inspect or have an inspection done at your expense. Buyer assumes purchase of vehicle/lot with all faults seen or unseen. The buyer agrees that all vehicles are to be assumed not numbers matching and mileage not actual, unless stated. It is again, the buyers responsible to determine or authenticate all features of lots/vehicles. Winning bidders shall accept their lot/s with all faults seen or unseen and mentioned or nor not mentioned in lot descriptions.
Bidders release-discharge VanDerBrink Auctions LLC for any or all claims arising out of or involving or associated with lot descriptions or pictures. Information may not be known with estate cars and it is responsibility of the buyer to do their own inspection of lots.
All vehicles at auction are not smog tested and may require further repairs or modifications to pass inspection in your state. Bidder/Buyers are responsible to know the requirements if their state and if requires an inspection. Review the information and bid accordingly. Bidders are solely responsible for their winning bids and purchases and further requirements by their state. Many vehicles that are barn Finds or have been in storage are to be assumed that they require further work to be road worthy. Bidders are to also assume that there may be rust and many other conditions that may need to be fixed from a sitting car. The Seller nor the auctioneers DO NOT warranty or guarantee the mechanical or road worthiness of any purchases. It is the responsibility of the buyer to evaluate-inspect all lots. The buyer acknowledges they are buying as is and all sales final with no guarantee of any kind. Any defects or mechanical issues that happen or found after purchase the auctioneers or sellers are not liable.
The buyer agrees that a contract is formed with the seller. VanDerBrink Auctions LLC is acting as an agent of the seller. In the event that the seller has a reserve, VanDerBrink Auctions or staff has the right to bid for the seller up to the reserve. In the event a bidding dispute would arise, determination is by the auctioneer on the stand and the auctioneers bid will be recognized. VanDerBrink Auctions LLC has the right to reject any bid in person or online for any reason or believed not in good faith. VanDerBrink Auctions LLC has the right to remove a lot from sale in the event of discrepancy or other reason.
VanDerBrink Auctions is not liable for lost bids or technical difficulties arising from internet, phone service, and or weather.
The buyer, having had the opportunity to consult console, irrevocably waives any rights to go to trial in any proceedings out of relation to lot descriptions. Any disputes will be arbitrated in Rock County, Minnesota in the event of dispute.
