Terms Of Sale
• All customers are required to present a valid government issued ID to register, a bidder number is required to participate in the auction.
• In order to participate in the auction, you must agree to all Terms and Conditions, please review the Terms and Conditions carefully.
• Everything sells As Is, Where Is and In Its Present Condition. It is recommended you do your due diligence before you bid, all items are sold without warranty. There will be no repairs to any item.
• All items sold are to the highest bidder on auction day, bids are irrevocable, and All Sales are Final.
• Full payment is required by the end of the day of the auction.

• A 15% buyers’ premium will be applied to all items purchased on site; online purchases will be charged a 18% premium.
• Applicable sales tax will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Florida Tax Exempt Certificate has been provided prior to the start of the auction. Failure to provide a certificate will require the payment of sales tax on all purchases.
• A Valid Motor Vehicle License must be provided to exempt sales tax and title fees for dealers.
• An Administrative, Handling and Title Fee of $125 will be required for all titled vehicles.
• Items are to be delivered to the location Monday-Friday two weeks Prior to Auction; transportation is available for an additional fee.
• Storage Charges will be 14 days after the sale day, at the rate of $10 per day per item. Any items left on the auction grounds are at the risk of buyer, the auction is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
• Loading and Unloading assistance is provided as a courtesy. However, the auction and its employees are not responsible for any injury or damage that may occur, this includes items consigned, transport vehicles or trailers. Loading will begin once invoice is paid on Saturday and loading assistance available on Sunday 8am-5pm. Any items needing to be picked up after Sunday will have to coordinate with Archie and Jill Ritch. There will be NO load out on Monday, May 26th, 2025. Edwards Auction Exchange, LLC and it’s employees are not responsible for dismantling or loading of any walk in freezers, production buildings and packing equipment.
All announcements made the day of sale supersede everything implied or written. It is sometimes necessary to withdrawal items from the sale list after it is advertised, but we make all efforts to avoid it from happening.
