By placing a bid in this auction, you acknowledge and agree to the following: All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” with no guarantees or warranties regarding cosmetic condition or functionality. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. You understand that you have the opportunity to personally inspect and preview items at our warehouse from the start of the auction until the day before the auction closes. By bidding, you voluntarily waive your rights to dispute the transaction, including through credit card chargebacks. Important Payment Note: We do not charge your card automatically at the close of the auction, nor do we have access to your card credentials while the auction is live. We are unable to view invoices until the auction ends. Once the auction concludes, we will contact you directly to arrange payment. Remote / Online Bidders: Bidders who participate remotely acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect items in person. Credit Card Disputes: Any attempt to reverse charges or dispute payment will be considered a violation of this agreement and may affect your ability to participate in future auctions.
