INTERNET PURCHASES - Timed/Internet Administrative Fee - For payments by cash, check, or wire - A discounted administrative fee of 13% is charged on each item. For credit card payments - A standard administrative fee of 17% is charged on each item.
Title Processing Fee - $75.00 for each titled vehicle.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS - Please note that we do not accept credit card payments over the phone.
The credit card on file is for registration and verification purposes. Customers may be prompted to leave a $2000 deposit on their credit card. This will be a temporary hold. If these customers do not purchase anything this hold will be released immediately following the conclusion of the sale. If purchases are made, the buyer will have until 5 PM on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 to contact the Sales Auction Company LLC office and make payment arrangements. If no such arrangements have been made at that time then Sales Auction Company LLC will charge your card for the full balance of your purchases up to $2000.00 per lot. This charge will be non-refundable.

Terms Of Sale
• Bidder acknowledges that he has read, understands, and agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
• Auctioneer reserves the right to add such Terms and Conditions to sale as announced or posted on day of the sale.
• Persons attending the auction are notified that the auction site is a potentially dangerous place. Every person at the auction site is deemed to be there at his own risk with notice of the condition of the premises and activities thereon. Bidder acknowledges his responsibility for any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on the auction site. All children under 18 remain the sole responsibility of, and must be accompanied at all times by, an adult. This is strictly enforced and offenders must leave the premises.
• Sales Auction Company, LLC is acting as an Agent ONLY and Bidder will hold harmless said Sales Auction Company, LLC, its officers, directors and employees from any injuries or damage arising from any activities associated with the auction and costs, including reasonable attorney fees. Auctioneer acts as Agent ONLY and bears no responsibility for acts of Consignors or Principals.
• Bidder Registration - A valid and current driver license must be presented at time of sale registration. Non-U.S. citizens must present valid and current passport. Tax ID number must also be provided.
• Bidder cards may be denied to an applicant at any time, at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. Auctioneer also reserves the right to terminate bidding privileges at any time.
• Auctioneer reserves the right to require a deposit upon bidding registration.
• All items will be sold “As Is” “Where Is” to the highest bidder.
• All sales are final.
• No guarantees or warranties whatsoever, implied, expressed, or otherwise.
• Auctioneer makes no representation or warranty of any kind on lots included in the auction. Auction listings are prepared based on information provided by the Consignor, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed by the Auctioneer. No sale shall be invalidated by inaccuracies, defects, damaged goods, or incorrect descriptions.
• It is Bidder’s responsibility to inspect equipment prior to bidding.
• Connecticut sales tax of 6.35% will be charged on all sales.
• Sales Tax Exemption - Tax exempt buyers must present a current and valid exemption certificate at time of registration.
• Out of State Buyers and Exporters - Sales tax must be paid on all purchases. A sales tax refund will be issued once we are provided with a
Bill of Lading from your transport company showing delivery out of state. Bill of Lading must be from a common carrier/third party transportation
company and show the registered motor carrier number. PLEASE NOTE: You cannot pick up your own purchases as it is deemed by the
State of Connecticut that you took personal possession at the point of sale and therefore are liable for all state taxes assessed on that item(s).
• To support sales tax exemption status, Buyer is responsible for providing Auctioneer with any necessary documentation (Bill of Lading, etc.) no later than ten (10) days from the date of sale. If Buyer has an exemption certificate that was not submitted at the time of sale, Buyer has ten (10) days from the date of sale to submit a valid exemption certificate in order for Auctioneer to process a refund. After ten (10) days, Buyer will need
to submit any refund request directly to the state for which the original sales tax was collected and remitted by Auctioneer.
• Bidding disputes will be settled at the sole discretion of Auctioneer and Auctioneer may put the disputed lot up for sale again to be resold to the
highest bidder of the disputing parties. The Auctioneer’s decision is final.
• Purchases become the responsibility of the high bidder immediately upon acceptance of his bid. They shall be and remain at the risk of the
Buyer. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to insure his purchases immediately.
• Payment - All purchases under $10,000 must be paid in full by the end of sale day. For purchases totaling $10,000 or more, a 25% deposit must be paid by the end of sale day, with the balance paid by Monday June 16th. Acceptable U.S. funds are Cash, Bank or Certified Check, Business or Personal Check which must be accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee, Wire Transfer, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover.

• No removal of purchases from the auction site will be allowed during the sale.
• Buyer must pay for all items purchased before any items can be removed from auction facility.
• Purchases must be removed from sale site by Friday, June 20th. Items remaining after June 20th may be removed by appointment only
and are subject to a $100.00 per day storage fee per lot and relocation fees. Please call auction office to schedule pickup. Removal from site will
not be permitted without presentation of paid in full invoice.
• Loadout - Auction personnel will assist with loadout. However, auctioneer/auction personnel are not responsible for damage that may occur to
items during loadout.
• Any lot that has not been picked up within 90 days of the auction will be considered abandoned and at that point becomes property of the
auction company.
• Titles - Will be sent within 14 business days after payment in full via FedEx.
• For items marked “Invoice Only” no motor vehicle paperwork, including title and/or bill of sale, will be provided.
• It is the Buyer’s responsibility to be aware of their local motor vehicle regulations pertaining to titles and registrations prior to purchase of a motor vehicle. Buyer is also advised to take notice of title information noted on each motor vehicle, in the catalog, and as announced by the auctioneer on sale day.
