All property purchases require a 15% Buyer?s Premium and a $199.00 Processing Fee. (Your bid price + 15% + $199 = Total Payment) For straight sale auctions; what you bid is the price for this property plus the 15% Buyer's Premium plus the $199 Processing Fee. For auctions that are FORECLOSURE SALES (Bid and Assume); your bid is for the down payment and then you assume the low balance specified in the description at a monthly minimum payment also specified in the description at 9.5% interest. A processing fee of $199.00 will be added to your winning bid, as well as the 15% Buyer?s Premium. We charge $6 per month collection fee - yearly taxes will be prorated over 12 months. The Collection fee and yearly taxes will show on your payment coupon along with your monthly payment. This is a great time to invest in our many foreclosures. For asset auctions (jewelry, coins, artwork, etc.) there is a 15% buyer's premium and a shipping and handling fee that is specified in the item's description. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Please be aware that our shipping rates in the items' descriptions are for domestic addresses only.
