At the end of the auction you will be sent an invoice via email which will indicate your total amount due.
Your account will be charged initially for your purchase total including buyers premium and applicable sales tax. Payment must be remitted within 4 business days of the auction’s close, usually the Thursday following a sale, or a $35 NSF fee will be applied to the invoice. If after 5 more business days the invoice has not been paid then the buyer will lose the rights to their winnings, the purchased lots will be resold in auction, and the buyer will be reported to Proxibid as a non-payer. This WILL affect the buyer’s ability to participate in our future auctions as well as most other auctions on Proxibid. We highly recommend paying and communicating with the Auction House to avoid this.
There will be no sales tax charged for online sales unless you live within the boundaries of Washington State OR if you live in the states of Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon or the provinces of Alberta, NW Territories, Nunavut or Yukon, and pick up your items locally.

Shipping Payment:
Once the item is packed we will charge the card on file for shipping (with some exceptions). If the card comes up declined, we will send you an online invoice or email, and attempt to contact you via email and phone. After 10 business days, if no special arrangements have been made, and the shipping is still unpaid, then all winning lots are considered abandoned goods & will be resold in auction. This will also result in the forfeiture of all payment remitted for said lots and a possible ban from future auctions.
IF your package arrives damaged we will file a claim for you with the relevant shipping company (if we shipped the item in house). To do so you must provide us with thorough pictures of the package in the condition it arrived, the inside of the package as it arrived with packing materials, as well as pictures of the individual items. If the buyer fails to supply us with the necessary pictures and information to file a successful claim, we DO NOT issue a refund in lieu of a successful shipping claim. We do not assume any liability for items damaged during shipping.
High value items of $100 + (Hammer Price + BP & Applicable Tax) require insurance, which will automatically be added to the shipping & handling cost. (Slight Additional Cost)
Signature confirmation will be added on purchases of $250+ (Based on Hammer Price + BP & Applicable Tax). (Slight Additional Cost)
