Any tax-exempt bidders will need to click "Tax Exempt" on the checkout screen and submit their valid tax-exempt certificate using the auto-populated email. Then, Proxibid will remove the sales tax from their invoice. The tax-removal process will typically take 1-2 business days. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted. A $25 service fee will be charged to any account whose credit card on file is declined requiring additional time and telephone contact to establish payment for merchandise or shipping!
