Item Details
Ridgeway clock is simple but elegant and functional. It has kept perfect time, but recently stopped chiming on the 1/4 hour. Suspected that it might need cleaned and/or oiled. Recommended placing on a hard floor, it has to be kept very level to stay running properly.

Checkout Date & Times: All items must be picked up at specified time and place. Special arrangements for pickup can be made at a cost of $25 per hour (minimum 1 hour) while auction staff needs to be present. Lots or partial lots left unclaimed for 10 days become the property of the auction company.
Bidding Terms: YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY. Do not bid until you read and understand all terms. All property is sold 'AS IS'; Absolutely NO REFUNDS! Please contact us with any questions prior to bidding.
FOR LIVE INTERNET BIDDING: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium added to the winning bid (hammer price) to determine the total sale price of each lot. 7% Indiana State sales tax will be charged on the total sale price when required by law. All accounts will be settled prior to removing any merchandise from auction site. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by an email that includes your invoice. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value and is solely responsible to determine value for their intended purpose. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.

The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 4% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser’s failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Noble County, Indiana. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. IF THERE IS AN INTERNET OR SOFTWARE FAILURE during online bidding, the auction will continue as normal and the item will be sold to the bidder (live or online) with the highest bid at the point at which the hammer falls. In case of broad reaching internet or software failure, bidding times may be suspended or extended at the Auctioneer’s discretion.
