1. This auction will begin to close on February 25th at 1pm. Lots will close approximately every 60 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for three minutes after the latest bid.
2. Preview for this auction is Friday February 23rd from 3pm - 4pm or by appointment for this auction, all items are in the original restaurant facility. Most of the equipment was in working condition four years ago when the restaurant last operated. Some of the equipment was consigned from a local bank which was stored in storage.
If anyone has specific questions, please text Tom Millie at 402.690.8666.
3. The pickup of items is Tuesday February 27th from 1pm to 4:30pm at 314 S. 16th St Omaha, NE 68102. If these times for pickup will absolutely not work for you, you will need to make arrangements with Tom Millie or Jennifer Fisher by calling: 402-885-4916, NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. All items are offered and sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with all faults. Please read each lot description carefully.
5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate.
6. NOTICE: The Auction Mill will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything must be picked up by February 28th by 4:30pm.
Buyer will be charged the full amount for items AND up to a $25 disposal fee per item for property not picked up by the designated date and time, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. Be sure to bring the help, manpower, boxes, carts and vehicles needed to move your items. The Auction Mill Team will not be available to load, lift carry, move, disassemble or haul your purchases.
7. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
8. The Auction Mill reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion.
9. No Sales Tax Payment Required Per the Department of Revenue.
10. This auction has a 15% Buyers Premium. This means that a final bid of $100.00 plus the buyer’s premium constitutes the total purchase price of $115.00 - No Cash Discount.
11. Payment: A square invoice will be emailed to each winning bidder shortly after the auction. Please use this invoice to pay unless you will pay for your purchase with cash upon pickup. There is a 3% discount for cash purchases.
12. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction.
13. No Loading Assistance Available, Please Bring the Necessary Tools, Equipment and Personel to Load Your Purchases. There is an elevator in working condition for loadout.
14. There are no shipping or packing services offered by The Auction Mill.
After the posted pickup times, pickup will be by appointment at an agreed upon time up to ten days after the auction ends. Everything needs to be removed no later than Wednesday March 7th.
