Withdrawal Prior to Sale an Auctioneer for 247gold.com, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. 8. Guarantee Terms: All items in the auction catalog are sold as described by 247gold.com, Inc. If an item is different than was described by 247gold.com, Inc. Buyer has 3 days from the date the property is received to notify 247gold.com, Inc. After the 3 days period all items are considered “as is”, without recourse.
