Equipment purchased can be taken after the close of the auction and after your bill is completely paid for. Bills must be paid on the day of the auction. We accept Cash, Cashier's Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and pre-approved checks. Returned checks will be subject to a charge of 10% or $50.00 whichever is greater.

1.) Payments are Cash or Cashier's Check, MasterCard, Visa, or certified funds only. Returned check charge will be 10% of the valued of the check or $50.00, whichever is greater, and also subject to any and all fees incurred for collection, including attorney fees, collection agency fees and any other charges. Buyer's premium percentage will be stated elsewhere on this web page.
2.) All purchases must be paid for in full before merchandize will be released from the premises. Checkout times will be announced at the time of the sale.
3.) While descriptions are believed to be accurate, information and quantities given by the Auction catalog, Auctioneer, or other Auction personnel is offered only as a guide. Responsibility for proper nomenclature and identification of Auction merchandise is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders are advised to inspect items prior to purchase.
4.) Auctioneer reserves the right to group, reduce, add or delete lots.
5.) Quantities must be checked before removal of purchases. No adjustments will be made once items are removed from the Auction premises.
6.) Auction Buyers are responsible to make all arrangements for the removal of purchases from the Auction site. Any material handling equipment at the site will be available for use on a limited bases. Buyers must be prepared to provide their own moving equipment.
7.) Buyers hereby indemnified and hold harmless the Auctioneer and its clients from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from any injuries to persons or property during the sales or during the removal of the items purchased.
8.) All announcements made on the Auction day shall take precedence over any previously announced, advertised or distributed information.
9.) All property is sold "AS IS". We make no guarantees or representations, expressed or implied, as to the condition of the property offered. ALL SALES FINAL, but subject to final approval through the Auctioneer. No one shall have the right or authority to release any property until paid full. Items may be tested prior to removal, but once it has been removed from the premises, items are "AS IS" and cannot be returned. Items are purchased "AS IS".
