Pacific Auction Companies was hired as a third party advisory to liquidate the assets of the Shadow Ops Weaponry LLC by the secured creditors. BE ADVISED, canceling a check or creating a credit card chargeback on a shipped firearm is considered theft of a firearm and we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. The actual item being sold is pictured for each lot with the exception of any case lots. Make your bidding decision based on the picture and description. Due to the quantity of items and limited set up time we will not be able to answer questions about specific lots. Pacific Auction Companies is providing no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. All items are sold as is with no return privileges. There are multiple manufacturers represented in this auction. Manufacturers warranties may apply but would be handled directly with the maker. Pacific Auction Companies makes no guarantees as to the functionality of any unit. There will be NO LOCAL PICKUP BY INDIVIDUALS. Any item requiring a background check will be shipped to an FFL licensed dealer of your choice. To make the shipment we will need a copy of your dealer FFL emailed or faxed to our location. Shipping charges will apply, see shipping section in the terms of the auction for details. Arrangements may be made with FFL license holders to pick up items in person. IT IS THE BUYER'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE IF THEY CAN LEGALLY PURCHASE ITEMS FROM OUR AUCTION AND IMPORT THEM TO THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS BASED ON THE BUYER'S INABILITY TO RECEIVE THEIR PURCHASES. THERE WILL BE A $10 CHARGE FOR ANY BACKGROUND CHECK DONE IN HOUSE DUE TO THE CHARGE CBI ADDED AS OF MARCH 21ST, 2013. C&R STATUS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. WE HAVE SOLE AUTHORITY ON WHICH FIREARMS FALL UNDER C&R STATUS. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO COMPLY WITH OUR DETERMINATION DO NOT BID. If payment is not received in full by one of the prescribed methods of payment within two business days of the closed auction the buyer will relinquish all claims to the property. The property will be resold by Pacific Auction Companies in any method they deem appropriate. The original buyer will be held responsible for any deficiency if this event is to occur. Purchases will be charged to the first credit card you used to register immediately following the auction. Bidders must provide a signed legible copy of a receiving parties Federal Firearms license to the email provided (lee@pacificauction.com). A paddle number on the Federal Firearms License is required otherwise it will not be accepted. Although email is preferred a fax will be accepted at (303)772-0642 if the FFL is accompanied with a paddle number and full name of buyer, otherwise it will not be accepted.
