PLEASE READ ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING! All items will be sold at online auction only & is sold 'as is, where is'! ALL sales are FINAL! NO warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied on any of the merchandise. By accepting a bidder number & bidding you are acknowledging that you are buying at your own risk! Invoices will be sent to winning bidders on or before the morning following the auction. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price on all purchased lots. Invoices are to be immediately following the end of the auction per Payment Instructions. Items to be shipped will be subject to 'Shipper's Instructions'. Specific questions concerning auction, please contact WHAM - 864-801-9468. 1 - Items are to be picked up on the designated day at the designated time. We are on a limited time frame dictated by our clients and must clear the home on onsite auctions. PLEASE BRING BOXES & PACKING MATERIALS, WHAM WILL PROVIDE MOVERS FOR LARGE FURNITURE. 2 - "Local Pickup" Items will NOT be shipped! These are usually large lots, so please allow time to load and bring help. If not picked up the lot will be forfeited. We will NOT bring back to our showroom. 3 - Items to be shipped will be subject to "Shippers Instructions" . Also, UPS does not pick up or ship furniture. Out of town buyers, please call WHAM office for freight information prior to the end of the auction - we are happy to connect you to a shipper. 4 - There will be a $25 moving fee per item charged on large furniture items moved from onsite to WHAM Showroom - please note....we are not a storage company & while we are happy to help in any way, we can only hold items up to 7 Days. Anything not picked up within 7 days of the end of the auction will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS! We have items to be sold coming in from clients daily & do not have the space for unlimited storage.
