This has made protecting your purchases very challenging for us. Rod Moeller of Moeller Arms will be often onsite at this auction and his word will be final. In state residents will be required to provide a CCW or a Sheriff's Permit to purchase all firearms. Non permit holders will be required to provide photo ID and complete the form 4473 plus a NICs check as required by law. Out of state residents on site will be required to complete the form 4473 and submit to a NICs check for long guns. Hand guns must be transferred from Moeller Arms to a dealer in the buyer's state of residence. All Internet out of state purchases will require transfer to an FFL. We intend to make this auction a buyer friendly environment. All applicable state and federal laws will be strictly adhered to. The buyer may be required tp pay a transfer fee.
