Effective October 1st, 2015 - All purchases will be charged on the credit card on file with proxibid. If your card is DECLINED for any reason (prepay or not) you will be charged $30 Fee.
All payments must be received by Powell Auction and Realty no later than the Monday immediately following the date of the auction. You will be contacted by email with all the information to complete the wire transfer for any transaction over $1500.00 upon discretion of the auction company. Buyer agrees under no circumstances will they put a stop payment on any credit card purchase.
All purchases will be charged directly to the credit card you have on file with Proxibid, UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE PRE-ARRANGEMENTS NOT TO. We will ship your items after your card on file has been charged and approved. No need to call after the auction unless any changes need to be made.
Items will be shipped or must be picked up within 10 (ten) days after the auction.
Any items left after the 10 (ten) days, will be sold for storage, without
Notification or Warning.
