Item Details
In case of snow the Jan 8th pick-up will NOT be cancelled. If you cannot make pick-up(please call and tell us) on Sunday we will work with you during the following week or weekend. We suggest you place a max bid on your favorite items in case of power outage. Normal pickup date is Sunday January 8th from 2pm-4:30pm at 3578 Brown Rd. Greer SC 29651. Items will not be at pick-up location until January 8th. If you have any questions please call us at 864-610-4099 anytime. All items listed as "Local Pick-up" must be removed from property during stated pickup times. NO EXCEPTIONS !! Items listed as "Local Pickup Only" WILL NOT be transported to the UPS store. Bring manpower for heavy items, there will be no help on-site.

Internet Buyers Premium: 15%
SC Sales Tax: 6% Tax will apply to the total invoice,including buyers premium, for SC residents only, unless we have a tax exempt form on file.
Payment Options: Only Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express are accepted. If planning to pay cash please call us at the conclusion of the auction and bring correct change. No cash will be kept on site.

Participation Requirements: Valid credit card required for bidding approval
All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file at the conclusion of the auction, unless other arraingments have been made with the Mahalo Auctions prior to the end of the sale.If a credit card is declined after (3) attempts,the merchandise will be resold and all proceeds will go to the auction company for storage of the items. Also, there will be a $10.00 reprocessing fee if we have to process your card more than 1 time.

All items will be sold at online auction only. All items sold as is, where is and ALL sales are FINAL. There are NO warranties expressed or implied on any of the merchandise. Bidders acknowledge that by bidding they accept the auctioneers description when they bid on a particular item. Mahalo Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Invoices will be sent to all winning bidders the morning following each auction. Family members and/or employees of Mahalo Auctions are allowed to bid. A 15% buyers premium will be added to all purchased lots and any applicable SC state sales tax. Invoices to be paid within 24 hours following the close of the auction per the payment instructions. Unless prior arrangements are made, any credit card payment that is declined will be charged a $10.00 fee per transaction. Any items remaining unpaid 3 days after the end of the auction will be forfeited to Mahalo Auctions. We are not responsible for any items damaged in transit for shipping. Any further arrangements for items dropped off at shipper are between shipper and buyer. Absolutely no chargebacks for any reason. Any item listed as 'Local Pickup Only' must be removed from property during stated pickup day/time-anything listed as such WILL NOT be transported to the UPS store.
