INTERNET ONLY AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. This auction will close on Sunday October 1st at 1pm. Lots will close approximately every 60 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for three minutes after the latest bid.
2. There is no preview available for this auction.
3. The pickup of items is Tuesday October 3rd from 10am to 3pm and Wednesday October 4th and Thursday October 5th by appointment only at Candlewood Suites Hotel located at 2601 Abbott Drive Omaha, NE 68110. If pickup is to be on Wed/Thurs Oct 4/5 please call the hotel to make arrangements. Hotel Phone Number is: 402.342.2500
4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. Most of the items are in storage at the hotel and regretfully there is no preview for this auction. Please read each lot description carefully. The wooden chairs and the hide-a-beds photographed are just a representative sample of the unit sold and not the actual item being sold.
5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate.
6. NOTICE: The Auction Mill will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything must be picked up by 3pm Tuesday October 3rd. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items AND up to a $25 disposal fee per item for property not picked up by the designated date and time, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. Be sure to bring the help, manpower, boxes, carts and vehicles needed to move your items. The Auction Mill Team will not be available to load, lift carry, move, disassemble or haul your purchases.
7. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
8. The Auction Mill reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion.
9. Applicable taxes include PA sales tax of 6%
10. This auction has a 18% Buyers Premium. This means that a final bid of $100.00 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $118.00 – There is a 3% Discount to Buyers Paying With Cash or Company Check.
11. Payment: A square invoice will be emailed to each winning bidder. Please use this invoice to pay unless you will pay for your purchase with cash upon pickup. There is a 3% discount for cash purchases.
12. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction.
