All checks must be made payable to RLM Land and Auction Co Firm #00261857. All property will sale AS-IS/WHERE-IS condition with no warranties expressed or implied. Seller reserves the right to add or delete items. All information deemed to be correct but not guaranteed by the auction company. Any and all announcements made from Auction Block take precedence over all printed material and advertising. All sales are final at sold voice of auctioneer. No bid will be contingent upon appraisal value or your financing. Earnest money will be held by and closing to be held at The Law Office of Lynn Swafford – 776 Frazier Street – Pikeville, TN 37367. 15% Buyer’s Premium added to each successful bid. Personal Property Terms: Payment types accepted wire transfer, cash, check with valid ID and Auctioneer’s approval or Bank Letter of Credit, or PayPal.
