Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale. Participation in bidding solidifies this agreement: • All property is being sold as is/where is with no verbal or written guarantee of condition, function and/or authenticity. • There is an advertised buyer’s premium in effect (that is subject to change) in addition to hammer price and all applicable taxes. • Buyer is responsible for paying invoice balance in its entirety on date of sale for any and all winning bids placed. Buyer is liable for any fees or financial repercussions from unpaid or late balances. • All invoice balances must be paid in full before ANY property is removed from the premises. • Buyer assumes responsibility for items at the time of a “winning bid”. • Buyer is responsible for understanding and is in agreement with shipping policy noted in shipping instructions. • Items not removed from the premises within 10 days of sale are forfeited and will become property of AX3 Auctions LLC. **Items purchased at off-site locations are subject to terms of property owner** Buyer may be liable for disposal fees of items not picked up. • Buyer assumes personal responsibility for safety and will exercise reasonable judgment while on the premises. It is understood AX3 Auctions LLC. is not liable for accident or injury sustained during auction participation, preview, pickup or any other applicable timeframe. *Note you may receive email updates pertaining to event updates and future events. Buyer agrees to protect AX3 Auctions LLC., its agents, contractors and employees while they are acting within the scope of their duties. And as such, are to be held harmless against all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, and judgements(including the cost of defense and reasonable attorney fees) arising from, or related to any and all actions of or related to services performed ; and/or omissions of services of the auction company, agents, contractors or employees.
