This is an online only auction. Payment terms are Cash, Check, Credit Card. All Items Sell AS-IS, 10% Buyers Premium On All Items. There Is A 5% Handling Fee On All Credit/Debt Card. We require a permit to purchase or carry on all handguns and pistol grip rifles. All items that need to be shipped will be paid for with a credit card only, as we do not want to delay this process waiting for payment. Please review pick up dates before bidding, all items must be removed on pick up date. Auction Location: 5264 Cannon Lake Trail, Faribault, MN 55021 Preview Date: Friday, September 16, 2022, From 10AM-4PM Pick Up & Payment Date: Monday, September 19, 2022, From 9AM-4PM We will only offer shipping on small lot items, no shipping on items that do not fit into boxes, no custom box making. There is a $7.00 per shipping box fee on all items being shipped plus shipping cost. Shipping costs and shipping arrangements are the buyer's sole responsibility. All items need to be removed the day of auction. Our preferred shipper is FedEx. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING COST ONCE AMOUNT IS CALCULATED. We place insurance and signature conformation on all packages, to ensure that you receive your items safely. Additional fee of $7.00 per shipping box will also be added to cover shipping cost. If items are large or 'hard to ship' we may take them to a location for them to professionally packaged. Please call with any questions. Like always Maring Auction Co. Inc., will always try and ship your items at the lowest cost to you the buyer, even if it takes two or three or more boxes to ship your items. FIREARM SHIPPING: all buyers of firearms will have to contact the auction company within 7 days after the auction with the name and address of a FFL dealer who will be receiving the firearm. Please do not contact Ahlman's Guns Shop, only contact Maring Auction Co with questions. If a buyer fails to provide a FFL dealer to the auction company within 7 days they will forfeit the rights to the firearms. There will be a $35 transfer fee, plus all other shipping cost. All firearms are shipped via UPS from Ahlman's Gun Shop in Morristown, MN. The average cost for shipping is $60.00 to $110.00 per firearm plus the transfer fee. All handguns are send 2nd day as required. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING COST ONCE AMOUNT IS CALCULATED. Please contact Matt Maring Auction Co.
