S. 4th Ave Marshalltown, IA 50158. The auction site is next door to Taylor's Maid-Rite. We will send an email out and notify buyers of the date of the final pickup. All items must be paid for by Wednesday November 23rd. There are two main loading docks and one main entrance to load out. Please check-in at the Main Entrance Located on the East Side of the Hospital (Watch for Signs) - Please check in and verify or make payment. While we are short-staffed, we will do our best to help you locate your items or at worst, guide you to where your items are located. Before exiting we ask that you check out with a representative each time you leave the building w/ your items. Please not, while unlikely, sometimes items go missing or even worse get stolen, if this happens to you, we will refund your money or find you a similar item that you approve. PAYMENT TERMS: WE WILL DEBIT THE CREDIT CARD YOU HAVE ON FILE WITH PROXIBID IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES.
